1. INTRODUCTION
Government House, Damaturu, in line with the State Public Procurement Law (20160 hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors/suppliers with requisite and experience to submit their bids for:

2. SCOPE OF WORK
LOT 1. PROPOSED RENOVATION AND LANDSCAPING WORK FOR THE 5 UNITS OF 4-BEDROOM APARTMENTS AT THE PRESIDENTIAL LODGE, DAMATURU.

LOT 2. PROPOSED SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT TO THE OLD 5 NOS. NEWLY RENOVATED APARTMENTS AT PRESIDENTIAL LODGE, DAMATURU.

LOT 3. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF GOVERNMENT LODGE STOREY BUILDING AND REHABILITATION OF LODGE BUILDINGS AT YOBE STATE LIAISON HOUSE, MAIDUGURI.

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
• Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2021, 2022, 2023
• Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
• Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement

4. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Chief Of Staff (Maintenance Building) Government House, Yobe State.

5. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Of Staff Government House, Damaturu and clearly marked tender Document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 26th September 2024.

6. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) and interested bidder may bid for one (1) or More Lots at a Time.

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representative at the conference hall of the Government House by 12:00noon on Thursday 26th September 2024
