1. The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Food Security has received financing from the World Bank and French Development Agency (FDA) toward the cost of the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) and on-lent the financing to nineteen participating states (namely Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bauchi, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo, Plateau, Sokoto, Niger, Gombe, Ekiti, Kaduna, Ebonyi And Osun). Oyo SPIU intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract For Backlog/Rehabilitation of about 68km rural Roads in Oyo State. This contract will be jointly financed by the International Development Association (IDA), the French development Agency (AFD) and Oyo State Government. Procurement process will be governed by the World Banks Procurement Regulations.

2. The Oyo State Project Implementation Unit, Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction Of Cross Drainage Structures (Bridges/Culvert) with single coat surface dressing in Oyo State grouped into 3 lots as follows;

Note: The projects involve Construction of Cross Drainage Structures (Bridges/Culvert) with single coat surface dressing in Oyo State (Phase 1). The works include but not limited to; site clearance and earthwork, culvert and drains, pavement and surfacing as well as strict undertaking of social and environmental safeguard. The work is expected to be completed within 9 months.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement Method using request of Bids (RFB) document as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers-Procurement in investment projects financing” November, 2020-fourth edition (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Coordinator Plateau State Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP), State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1600 at the address given below.

4. The bidding document in English language may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application accompanied with evidence of payment to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000.00) only.
