INVITATION TO BID

Norwegian Church Aid is launching a “Local Open Tender” and invites interested suppliers/candidates to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):>

Purchase & supply of Dignity Kit to NCA Field Location (Pulka & Monguno) within Borno State
1. All the services are for humanitarian project within Northeast Nigeria an intervention supported by Multiple Funds.
2. All services are to be delivered within Borno State
3. The offered prices shall be quoted in Nigerian Naira Only.

SELECTION CRITERIA/MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
• Proof of company registration and licenses to operate in Nigeria (CAC Certificate)
• Valid and updated functional company Tax Identification Number (2024)
• Physical Presence & Functional office within Nigeria (Preferable North-east Nigeria)
• Experience in similar activities in the past especially with I/NGOs or any Cooperate body Within North-east (minimum of 1-2 years) highly recommended.

4. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 15:00hrs, 05TH September 2024. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing (or email) up to 16:00hurs 03rd September 2024.

5. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below at the time stated in the Tender Dossier. Tenderers or their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tender on 09TH September 2024.

6. Tender documents will be available from 16TH August 2024 to 05TH September 2024, 10:00hrs. Interested tenderer may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below or email address as stated.
