INVITATION FOR BID

1. INTRODUCTION
The Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology, in line with Yobe State Public Procurement Law (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable interested contractors/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to submit their bids for:

2. SCOPE OF WORK
RENOVATION AND REHABILITATION OF DILAPIDATED 6 BLOCK OF 2-BEDROOM AND 5 BLOCK OF 3-BEDROOM GOVERNMENT QUARTERS AT IDRISS ALOMA POLYTECHNIC GEIDAN – YOBE STATE

3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT.
• Evidence of certificate of incorporation issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig;
• Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2021, 2022 & 2023)
• Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years 2021, 2022, 2023
• Evidence of financial capability to execute the project including reference letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
• Evidence of registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement

4. Document for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by MD or his equivalent to the office of the Permanent secretary, Ministry of Higher education, Science and Technology.

5. Interested eligible bidders/vendors are to submit two copies of their tender documents in a sealed envelope addressed to SSG Yobe State clearly marked tender Document and deliver not later than 12:00 noon on the 26th September 2024.

6. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00)

7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representative at the conference hall of the IBB State Secretariat Complex by 12:00noon on Thursday 26th September 2024
